I received my birth doula training and certification through Childbirth International.
In addition, I am certified through Hypnobabies® as a Hypno-Doula.

What's Included?
*1-2 personal visits. This is so we can become better acquainted with each other and go over your wishes and expectations for the birth.
*Support via email and phone, once services are contracted to two weeks post-partum.
*On call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks.

*Emotional and physical support for the entire time you are
in labor, until 1-2 hours after birth and/or until breastfeeding is
established.
*Full access to my lending library which includes a variety of pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and parenting books.
*1-2 postpartum visits. These visits will be used to discuss the birth and any other questions or concerns you may have.
*Information handouts covering pregnancy, birth and post-partum.

Please do not let money get in the way of having a doula present at your birth. I love doing trades and am open to setting up payment plans.
In addition, some insurance companies provide reimbursement for doula services. I have a National Provider Identification Number for those wanting to explore that realm.
